Cross Bible currently does not involve any form of advertising. As a non-commercial platform, our focus is on providing access to scripture and fostering biblical understanding. Should this change occur, we will update this section to provide details about our advertising practices and how you can exercise your choices.

Any dispute arising from the Agreement or the Company Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles, California. You waive your right to a trial by jury in any litigation related to this Agreement.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Cross Bible, its officers, agents, and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of our website or services, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of the rights of another person or entity.

Miscellaneous

The failure of Cross Bible to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of that provision. The titles used in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. Cross Bible is a trademark of Cross Bible, Inc. This Agreement is subject to applicable law. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be severed from the Agreement without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
